The main projects

The SPIN Research Program identified, during the program setup phase, five Targeted Projects focused on emerging themes in spintronics with high innovation potential.

These Targeted Projects benefit from significant financial support with a total budget of approximately 10 million euros allocated over a duration of 4 years.

Transversal projects

The implementation of the SPIN Research Program relies on a network of high-end research infrastructures hosting unique experimental capabilities in France and Europe.

These infrastructures are intended to be accessible to the entire spintronics community during the SPIN program and beyond.

Three platforms have been identified that are at the heart of three Transversal Projects which, along with the targeted projects, form the cornerstone of the SPIN Research Program.
