SPINTHEORY
Project coordinator
Coordinator: Lucian PREJBEANU, CEA Research Director

SPINTHEORY aims to develop new theoretical approaches and numerical simulations in the fields of spintronics, magnetic materials, and nanomagnetism.
Five mains topics
>The study of new materials for spintronics
>Realistic modeling of spin transport in heterostructures
>Ultrafast spin and charge dynamics
>Exploring chiral magnetism in complex structures and simulating components for spintronics
More precisions
Leveraging cutting-edge scientific and technical expertise along with intensive collaboration between theorists and experimentalists, SPINTHEORY aims to deepen the fundamental understanding of spin physics, develop new theories and numerical methods to discover novel effects that could pave the way for advancements in spintronics, and effectively support the experimental progress of the SPIN Research Program.
